Songs written by
the Founder:
These are medicine songs from the places I’ve healed, questioned, surrendered, and remembered. They carry the same intention as everything I offer through Golden Intuitive: to guide you back to yourself in the moments you need to feel held, seen, or simply reminded of your own truth.
Soft Healing Playlist:
This playlist is sacred medicine curated for the quiet moments of shedding, softening, and remembering. These chosen songs are meant to hold you through the deeper work: breathwork, grief, heart openings, or simply being with what is.
GOLDEN INTUITIVE
CACAO RECIPE
Firstly, what is cacao?
Cacao is pure, minimally processed chocolate in its natural form. It’s rich in magnesium, antioxidants, and theobromine -a gentle stimulant that opens the heart and energizes without the crash. A very sacred, beautiful plant ally for connecting to your body and inner wisdom. Here is the exact recipe I use to ground, open my heart, and tune into intuition. It’s simple, supportive & a ritual I return to often. Cacao is traditionally sat with in sacred ceremony, but can also be used for casual sipping if honored. Keep in mind, it is naturally bitter- not sweet.
Ingredients:
– 1 heaping tablespoon cacao powder
(ceremonial grade if possible)
– 1 cup plant-based milk
(almond, oat, or coconut)
– 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– A pinch of sea salt
– Optional: dash of cayenne or cardamom
Instructions:
Warm the milk gently over the stove, for 5 minutes or so but be mindful to NOT boil it.
Whisk in the cacao powder until smooth.
Stir in cinnamon, salt, and sweetener.
Pour into your favorite mug.
Breathe, set an intention over it, and connect.
6. Sip slowly and enjoy!
